Signifikant Aftermarket Platform
Summer 2023 Release - Version 5.2

Signifikant releases the latest version of the Signifikant Aftermarket Portal, version 5.2. The new version includes new modules and add-on functionalities, interface and user interface improvements, and architectural changes; amongst others.

Claims can often be time-consuming, complicated, and prone to errors, which can lead to delays, disputes, and customer dissatisfaction. That’s why we’ve developed an extension to our aftermarket portal, Signifikant, that simplifies the process, ensuring that you can manage your claims smoothly and effectively.

  • This allows your service partners to register claims and follow their status, integrated into the parts portal
  • Gather needed financial information on costs to settle claims
  • Base claims on the product and part data in the aftermarket PIM to ensure good quality information

In addition to  claims handling, we have introduced a payment gateway integration. This is particularly important for field service, where technicians may need to quickly diagnose and resolve issues on-site. By having access to a claims management tool and payment service on their mobile devices, technicians can efficiently manage claims and process payments while on the job, minimizing downtime and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Allow for payments using payment platforms
  • Support for Adyen* and Stripe* payment platforms
  • Pay-by-card, pay-by-link, pay-by-terminal and support for Apple Pay and Google Pay

Invoices and Tracking (New and Improved)

With this version, keeping in service technicians and service partners, we hope to improve  self service by allowing service partners or customers to view and download invoices and also allow for service partners to see their invoices.

Additionally, you can now show tracking status for expected delivery or completed delivery and also fetch tracking status from UPS, DHL or PostNord.
